I was trained in EMDR in 2019 through EMDR Consulting Group and became an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in October of 2023. I was formally trained in the Six Parts System with Julie Dubovoy in February of 2020 and have since received further training and consultation in this area. My client population consists of a variety of backgrounds, including C-PTSD, PTSD, and Addiction related issues.
